Resending a Magic Link

There are no passwords on this platform. If a customer cannot log in, generate a fresh link:

  1. Navigate to app.apexpro.io/admin/links and enter the admin key.
  2. Enter the customer's email address as it appears on their order confirmation.
  3. Select the correct access tier and any applicable add-ons.
  4. Generate the link and send it directly to the customer's inbox.
  5. Advise the customer to open the link within 6 hours and in a fresh browser session.
Why magic links fail - troubleshoot before generating a new one
Members billing discrepancy - escalate immediately. Some customers were placed on $49/month when they intended the $549 annual plan. These customers are being migrated to annual at a locked rate. If a customer references either figure, flag to the client contact before taking any action.

Common confusion: Standard + Apex Live double-charge. Both products are priced at $99 on certain promotions. Customers occasionally see two $99 charges and assume an error.
