Learning infrastructure that works in the real world
I manage global learning programs and build a lot of what supports them. That means administering the LMS and knowledge base, writing the CSS that makes documentation scannable, building decision trees in HTML and JavaScript, and automating coordination workflows in Power Automate — alongside running live training across the U.S., Ireland, and the Philippines.
At 14West / The Contact Center, I support distributed teams across three regions. The tools and systems I build are in production and used daily.
