My work sits at the intersection of people, operations, and technology. I manage global learning programs while designing the systems behind them: onboarding plans, trainer scorecards, knowledge management systems (KMS), LMS administration, decision trees, and multimedia learning assets.
At 14West / The Contact Center, I support distributed teams across the United States, Ireland, and the Philippines. The goal is simple: make the right information easier to find and the right skills easier to build.
