Still hands-on, by choice
I'm a Global L&D Manager based in Ashland, KY, working remotely. I lead a training team and partner on strategy, and I have kept my hands in the craft. I administer the LMS and the knowledge base, write the CSS that makes documentation scannable, build decision trees in HTML and JavaScript, and automate coordination in Power Automate.
I also still run live training, across the United States, Ireland, and the Philippines. At 14West / The Contact Center I support distributed teams in all three regions, and the tools I build are in production and used daily.
